Manage Your MFA Enrollments
Did you upgrade an older personal mobile device that you had previously used to enroll the Duo Mobile app or the Microsoft Authenticator app with?
Did you change your phone number, or get a new phone number that you need to use instead to authenticate for Duo or Microsoft?
Do you want to enroll more than one method for verification?
See below for instructions to manage your enrollments at any time, using the MFA self-service portals

MANAGING YOUR MICROSOFT MFA ENROLLMENTS
You must have already completed the initial enrollment, to manage enrollments going forward.
1. Launch a web browser and navigate to https://kbr.login.duosecurity.com/devices.
2. Enter your Company Provided Email Address and select Next.
3. Enter your Network Password and select Sign in.
4. You will be required to verify authentication.
* Duo Mobile: If you installed the Duo Mobile app on a device you no longer have and the verification was sent as a Duo Push, select Other Options to choose another way to send the verification request, such as through text or phone call.
5. Select Add a Device and follow the prompts to add a method, or select Edit to Rename or Delete a method.

1. Launch your internet browser and navigate to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
2. Enter your Company Provided Email Address and click Next.
3. Enter your Network Password and click on Sign in.
4. Approve the prompt to allow secure logon. In the example below, the default is set to use the authenticator app. If your app is unavailable, select the option for I can’t use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now.
